Return, refund and warranty policy

                    TAT Corporation Public Company Limited (“the Company”), the distributor of products within the Gravich brand, sincerely hopes that all customers will receive the highest satisfaction from the purchase of products. The company would like to inform the policy of Returns, refunds and product guarantees as follows:

Definition

 “Exchange” means that the customer wants to return the purchased product to the company and will accept new products that are the same model, size or design that the customer ordered only. Without being able to change other products or packing sizes, if the customer wants to change another product or package size. The customer must return the product and place a new order only.

“Wrong Product Received” means the product that the customer received is not in accordance with the customer’s order. In case of returning the product due to receiving the wrong product, the returned product must be in its original condition. The packaging has not been tampered with or torn.

“Return and refund” means the customer wish to return the purchased product to the company and would like to receive a refund according to the conditions and period specified by the company.

“Products that have been unwrap, rip and torn” means that the product received by the customer is damaged on the outside or inside. There are traces of unwrapping or tearing from the packaging that wraps the product.

“Broken and damaged product” means the product and the packaging that the customer receives is swollen, blistered, broken and damaged.

 “Product with quality problems” means the product that the customer receives have the appearance, smell, color, texture that is wrong from the original

“Expired Product” means the product received by the customer have passed the warranty date or expired.

“Customer’s change of mind” means the customer has decided to return the product for other reasons. The company reserves the right to accept returns/refunds/exchange of products due to “customer’s change of mind”.

“Business days” means Monday to Friday excluding Saturdays, Sunday and public holidays. The refund period may be longer than the period specified in the table above. Depending on the steps of the bank of the Company and the customers.

Product exchange policy

The company specifies a product warranty period within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, along with attaching evidence for consideration, including proof of purchase order receipt and other evidence as requested. The product that customers want to change or refund will be in accordance with the conditions specified by the Company only.

In the event that the product can be exchanged

The company will accept returns for product’s exchange to customers who order products through offline and online stores only in the following cases;

  1. In case of receiving the product that does not match the order document. The product that the customer received is not correct according to the customer’s order list, which in the case of returning the product due to receiving the wrong product or not matching with the order. The returned product must be in its original condition. The packaging has not been opened or torn only.
  2. In case of damage from transportation, that is the product and the packaging that the customer received is damaged, broken, leaking or cannot be used normally which can be checked that it is caused by the transportation only.
  3. In case that the product has quality problems, that is, the product received by the customer has an unpleasant appearance, color or smell. There is a strange or difference from normal. The company is willing to change the new product only when ascertaining that it was caused by a manufacturing error. The product will be examined within the same lot to compare. It will take at least 3 days to investigate.

Terms and conditions for exchanging products

  1. The products that need to be exchanged must be intact and unused, unlessthe products have quality problems.
  2. Product exchange. The customer is responsible for returning the product to the store of purchase or channels as specified by the company within a period of 7 days, after receiving the product on the date specified in the channel of purchase (recorded from each transport number). if it exceeds the specified period, the company reserves the right to exchange products in all cases.
  3. The company reserves the right to inspect the product before changing according to the specified conditions within 7 working days after the date of receiving the returned product.
  4. In case that the product has been inspected and found that does not meet the specified conditions, the company reserves the right to change the product. The original product will be returned to the customer.
  5. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the company. Unless the returned product is caused by the company’s error, for example, the product received does not

match the item ordered by the customer or the product’s condition and nature received by the customer is different from the previous purchased. Customer can returning the product to the

company successfully and with care to ensure that those products are returned to us in normal condition.

  1. In case that the product is not available to be exchanged, the company will process the refund to the customer. The company will request for the customer’s bank account information and it will be processed within 14 working days by money transfer only. The company does not have a policy to pay cash in all cases.

The company will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases;

– The product has a change of shape from when it was notified to the company.

– The product has been unwrap, torn, opened or used, except in the case of the product having quality problems

– The product is damaged or damage due to packaging the customer’s return product.

– The customer does not request and sends the product back within 7 days after the date of receiving the product.

– Free gifts product or items participating in special programs with conditions.

Refund Policy

  1. The customer cannot request for a refund except
    • The customer has not received the complete product or the customer did not receive the product. By ascertaining that it was caused by the error of the company that cannot be delivered in full or the customer does not wish to receive the goods that have not been received. Then the customer wishes to request a refund for the cost of that product.
    • The customer received a damaged product. By ascertaining that there is damage from the product and the customer no longer wishes to receive the product. The customer will be refunded in part of the product price and shipping cost of that product value. But the customer must return the product to the company in its original condition.
    • The customer have an allergic from using the product and wish to request a refund. Customers must have a medical certificate stating test results that allergies are caused by substances in the products. The customer will be refunded in part of the product price and shipping cost. Including, all medical expenses, medication expenses, doctor fees caused by allergies to the company’s products.
  2. The company reserves the right to refund only for orders that choose to pay in cash, debit card, payment transfer, scan payment, account debit, or cash on delivery only.
  3. The company reserves the right to cancel any promotional items received by customers as appropriate. In the case of a request for a refund, such as accumulating points to redeem rewards, using a discount coupon or special privileges, discounts on set products, etc.
  1. The company reserves the right to request a refund. In case of error in ordering the wrong model, wrong size, from the fault of the customer .
  2. The period to process a refund for the product, the company will process the refund back to the name and bank account number of the customer who transferred the payment for the product only. Also, there is no transfer to other people’s bank accounts even if the customer agrees. It takes approximately 14 working days from the date of receipt of the request.

Additional terms for refunds

The company may have to contact customers and request additional evidence documents in order to facilitate the refund process. If the customer refuses to provide information about the customer’s bank account or provide documentation in connection with the after-sales service request for a refund. The company reserves the right to transfer money back in such cases.

The company is determined and adhered based on the rights of customers and is ready to act in order to achieve accuracy, equality, transparency and care for every customer. Including in the distribution of products and the process of service that best meets the needs of customers. In the event that there is a conflict, the Company will do our best within the scope of the duties and responsibilities to correct/compensate those problems.

Processing time 

Customers wishing to exchange products or refund, the request must be notified within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. In the case of requesting a refund, the company will refund the money to the customer within 14 working days from the date of receiving the request from the customer. For product exchange requests, the company will take no more than 30 working days to process (in some cases, it may take longer) from the date of receiving the product back from the customer.
